Terms of Service

1. About PIN Review

PIN Review is a collaborative design review and project tracking platform that helps product teams annotate interfaces, manage design feedback, prioritize issues, collaborate with developers, and monitor review progress throughout the delivery process.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be legally able to enter into contracts.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your organization's use complies with applicable laws.

3. Your Account

  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Account sharing is not permitted.
  • Each paid seat is intended for one individual.

4. Team Members

Depending on your subscription, you may invite team members into your workspace.

  • Designer
  • Manager
  • Developer
  • QA / Design QA (Coming Soon)

Workspace Owners are responsible for everyone invited into their workspace.

5. Client & Stakeholder Access

PIN Review allows Workspace Owners to generate secure view-only links for clients and stakeholders.

  • Cannot edit reports.
  • Cannot modify annotations.
  • Do not require a paid seat.
  • Password protection (Coming Soon).
  • Link expiry controls (Coming Soon).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Reverse engineer the platform.
  • Abuse APIs or infrastructure.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the platform.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all uploaded screenshots, reports, annotations, comments and project information.

You grant PIN Review permission to securely store, process and display your content solely to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your work.

8. Confidential Information

PIN Review is designed for reviewing internal product designs and project work.

You are responsible for deciding what confidential information you upload. Use available sharing controls where appropriate.

9. Storage Limits

Plans include storage limits and usage quotas.

  • Uploads may be restricted when limits are exceeded.
  • Additional storage or seats may be purchased where available.
  • Storage allocations may change as plans evolve.

10. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
  • Additional seats can be purchased at any time.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

11. Free Trial & Demo

PIN Review may provide demo workspaces or trial access.

  • Demo content is for evaluation purposes only.
  • Available features may differ from paid plans.

12. Intellectual Property

PIN Review, including its software, branding, interface design, graphics and documentation, is owned by PIN Review.

You may not copy, resell or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

13. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

  • Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
  • Unexpected outages may occur.

14. Updates

We continuously improve PIN Review.

  • Features may be added, changed or removed.
  • We are not obligated to maintain every feature indefinitely.

15. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform or threaten service security.

16. Data Deletion

Workspace data may be retained for a limited period following cancellation before permanent deletion unless required by law.

Users are responsible for exporting any required information before closing an account.

17. Disclaimer

PIN Review is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The platform will always be error-free.
  • Every issue will be detected.
  • Every project will be delivered successfully.
  • Uninterrupted availability.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIN Review is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption or data loss.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you during the previous twelve (12) months.

19. Privacy

Your use of PIN Review is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of PIN Review after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Punjab, India.
